Nomination Form 2009

You must nominate yourself (or horse) before points will accrue.  If you purchase only one nomination a member may ride any horse they choose.  If a member chooses to nominate for more than one set of points, they must pay for an additional set of points and designate the rider/horse combination at the time of purchasing the additional nomination(s). If a rider needs to substitute a horse for any reason (Open Class only), they must notify the office at time of entering the jackpot.  

If you are nominating a Novice horse it must NOT have won over $100 before you nominate it.  Nominations for the 2009 season may be purchased any time after October 4, 2008. Your horse is considered nominated as soon as a CCA officer receives it or, if sent by mail, the date it is postmarked.   After the nomination has been made you may begin winning money on the horse.  YOU MUST NOMINATE FOR THE NOVICE HORSE AND THE OPEN (see rules on novice horse) as you will be receiving two sets of points..  Substitutions of the horse in the Novice Class are not allowed but the rider may be substituted with another CCA member.  However, when riders are substituted the open points go to the rider who is riding.
